Implement front end for protein similarity search #140

In order to display similar proteins, we want to have it be its own useful section on each protein page. Add a section in the protein page with:

  • slider to change how many proteins are shown
  • slider to change search criteria (ex. show only proteins with e score < 1 * 10^-20)
  • actual protein display
