Tutorial Queries

Instead of the method of making the tutorial page, we need to have it that the tutorials are in a database where they are being retrieved by the tutorial page and listed by it.
To do so fully:

• Have a table for tutorials.
• Have a table for links that is retrievable by the Tutorials table.
• Retrieve tutorials and links for those tutorials using tutorial id as join.
