Port forwarding on VPS to access CF warp server

Warp's IP addresses are routinely blocked/slowed down where I live.
I'm trying to forward connections to my own VPS to the cloudflare warp ip.

For example instead of using 162.159.46.1:2408 as endpoint I want to be able to use MY_VP_IP:8080 in my wireguard clients.
Is that possible?

Unlike #50 or #158, this issue isn't something WGCF has to solve to begin with.

Unfortunately, that's something we do internally and integrated with many other stuff, so not disclosed to public.
Couldn't help much personally but feel free to use the guide as a reference.
