when I type python mjolnir.py in cmd it puts me this.

it marks me:

Serving Flask app 'mjolnir' (lazy loading)
Environment: production
WARNING: This is a development server. Do not use it in a production deployment.
Use a production WSGI server instead.
Debug mode: on
An attempt was made to access a socket in a manner prohibited by its access permissions
