This feature is needed as currently conversations, calls, users are tied to a geographic data centre.

In particular, this is most needed when creating an app user, ie. [vonage apps:users:create [NAME]"

We should be able to add this into vonage config to allow users to specify. I'll get this started in the next couple of weeks - thanks!
