Why it's never starting?

I'm trying to start a websphere traditional for testing/debugging purposes
For that i've created a docker compose file to start my WAS but it never get started

Is there any minimum requirement to start it? Or am i doing something wrong?

For what it's worth, I was able to complete a docker-compose up (the server completed startup successfully) on a modestly-powered VM.

I did change the PASSWORD volume mount to

    volumes:
      - type: bind
        source: ./PASSWORD
        target: /tmp/PASSWORD

but that's a separate point.

I don't think so.
I feel like there only one core being used while server start up, i don't know if there's an option to make it multithread.
While the server is starting up i saw only one core hitting a 100%.
i didn't had any memory issues during the startup. It didn't went higher than 50-60% inside the container
