Currently only Reward Interception has any visual indication when it has triggered:

CovertInfiltration/CovertInfiltration/Src/CovertInfiltration/Classes/X2StrategyElement_DefaultComplications.uc

Line 42 in 42dd7cb

Template.OnExitPostMissionSequence = TriggerRewardInterceptionPopup;

Should add similar popups to other complications
