Interpolator will run without error even if there are no ETrF images in the Landsat folders

In the workshop, the RefET file path was invalid, which caused model 2 to fail, but the tool continues on to the next image. The interpolator still runs even though there aren't any ETrF images and makes output rasters with all nodata.
