Charles, it is not a typo. However, line 7 in tools/download/_utils.py causes an exception "No module named requests_html". When I attempt to "from requests_html import HTMLSession" in a python session it works. Pip shows that it is installed. But when I run tools/download/download_cdl.py the no module named ... exception is raised on line 7 of _utils.py.

I will be exploring further.

Update: Well, I am not sure what was going on. A full restart of the computer solved the problem. Not just deactivation and reactivation of the conda enviroment, nor restarting conda. -- Clarence
