I am facing an error while installing its an Internal Server error. HTTP 500. So anyone please guide me how to setup this file

The install page is being worked on. Error 500 could even be some server configuration problem, usually .htaccess. I could give you all the material needed to install WWXD manually.

Are you trying to install from master? It's highly unstable to try, use instead commit 56b53bb if you need a "bleeding edge" on the software before the breakening.
