The result of "Analyze Database Structure" would be great

Check Configuration, if those settings are set correctly:

['SYS']['useCachingFramework']
['SYS']['caching']['cacheConfigurations']

(just like check if TYPO3 preset context value, I guess it's done in $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS'])
