[Feature Request] Tag Management #408

It would be very helpful to manipulate tags in the encyclopedia, specifically:

Ability to edit an existing tag which automatically updates all tagged entries with the new tag name.

Ability to create new tag and bulk add it to existing entries in the encyclopedia, either by checklist, search, whatever.
