Describe the feature you'd like

We will like to add a page containing a list of all news published by wiki education team.

API Link: https://wikiedu.org/feed/

JSON API is not available so we will need to add support for XML APIs in app too.

After completing list, we will also like to have a news details page. Initially we can open custom chrome tabs for opening the news details.
