Describe the bug

mike_1 | mysql.connector.errors.ProgrammingError: 1146 (42S02): Table 'mike.features_metrics' doesn't exist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run Mike using an empty database

Expected behavior

https://github.com/Wikia/Mike/blob/master/schema.sql should be applied on a first start of Mike.
