ventura 13.0.01

Hello. Does anybody still use this card? I have updated recently to ventura 13.0.01. It works but the volume disconnects from the actual setting each time I let macbook sleep or receive a call.
If I reboot it works again, or I need to manually go to sound settings and move the volume there, with the mouse, the volume set with the keyboard, although, the animation for volume appears seems to do nothing.

Just installed on Ventura (MBPro 2017) and it works fine! Only one problem when i play on safari then it crackles, in chrome everything works fine. But with the problem of glitches on Safari I also had on previous system!
