Change naming scheme too match GitHub XCodes #356

Currently the versions installed follow the naming scheme:

"/Applications/Xcode-15.0.1.app"

but on GitHub the Naming Scheme is:

"/Applications/Xcode**_**15.0.1.app"

Could we change the scheme to match that?
