dependent on XenotropicDev/TheOracle2#20 so that there's something to render the tables nicely.

MVP

  • table can be output as ephemeral or public message
  • component button included to allow immediate rolling of table (and dismiss original message?)

Extras

  • relevant metadata (Oracle.Description, etc)
  • tables that are displayed together in the book are displayed together in the embed output
