T-SIM7000G and LoRa shield Error LORA Begin FAIL

I have attempted to use the LoRa shield example from GitHub repo (https://github.com/Xinyuan-LilyGO/LilyGO-T-SIM7000G/tree/master/examples/Arduino_LoraShield) without success. I am getting the following error:

I’m getting this error in two different T-SIM7000G with two differents LoRa Shields. Both new. I’m wondering if I might have received some faulty shields? Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or fix this issue?
