Record what game was installed for each TID

As mentioned in #42, which title ID was generated for each forwarder is ambiguous at best, and a user accidentally deleting this id.txt may mean one may not be able to identify in which order the games were installed.

Currently proposed solution(s):

• Convert id.txt to id.json. For each ID, record the ROM file name.
  • Of course, the previous installation history will not be there upon conversion. But future games will. For new users, this won't be a problem.

Any other ideas are welcome.
