Custom element not found: weather-chart-card

For the frontend HACS extention weather-chart-card I get very often in Dashboard a message
"Custom element not found: weather-chart-card".
Actually thi sis the only card showing this, after some refresh/reload in Browser the message is typically gone and the card is shown correctly. But it is really conspicuous that this happens only with weather-chart-card.

Does anybody else notice the same behaviour?
