Merge Databases?

My HuntStats stopped working for a while and I was not able to fix it yet. I play with friends that have it still working, so my idea was to merge both .sqlite databases and, as I hoped, my HuntStats would simply extract my data. I tried it, but it didn't work very well, the statistics are all messed up.

I checked the tables and it seems that the database is not only storing raw match data, but it also stores processed variables from that match data. Then, of course, a merge would not properly work. I wonder whether it is possible to only merge the raw match data and recalculate the processed data again?

This is not very high priority but I wanted to fiddle around with sqlite a bit. I guess it's not feasible to merge the databases with a reasonable amount of effort?
