follow the guidelines in Schnorr BIP: https://github.com/sipa/bips/blob/bip-schnorr/bip-schnorr.mediawiki
The cryptographic protocol is the same therefore most of the work is for:

add the test vectors from the BIP and verify correctness
translate to the BIP encodings of the different elements
