The DDFM is an amazing and dramatic work. However, as a CS major, I find it challenging to understand the equations used in the EM algorithm.
I attempted to read the code in order to bridge the gap between the code and the equations, but I encountered difficulties.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide annotations in the code that reference the corresponding equation numbers. This would greatly assist me in comprehending the code to the fullest extent possible.
