This repo records the reading list, or awesome resources (paper, datasets, metrics, tutorials), within the research topic of "Multimodal Machine Translation". Some related and supporting research topics are also covered: "Neural Machine Translation", which focuses on traditional text2text translation, and "Multimodal Language Models", which focuses on image2text tasks such as image captioning. A comprehensive comparison of the existing and competing frameworks in Multimodal Machine Translation is also provided to list state-of-the-art performance on some benchmark datasets.
