Now catches other exceptions whilst opening connection to VNDB.

The database included has most visual novels released in the last 10 years or so.
Paste it on the folder if you wish to have this data already fetched, the only drawback will be slower operation because it contains almost 10,000 items but you won't have to fetch most of the titles that you would be fetching anyway.

Added general rating to favorite producers (average of all users' votes on titles by producer).
Added tag type filtering in VN windows.
Types of tags shown all around the program are now global, meaning if you change them in the tag filtering section, they will also be changed in the VN window section and user stats section.
