The .exe file is compiled for 32-bit Windows (runs on 64-bit Windows too)
The .upx.exe file is the same one, but UPX-compressed (much smaller, might take an instant more to start up and may trigger antivirus false alerts)
For machines with older graphics cards or older graphics drivers with no available driver updates, try the _DX9 (uses DirectX9 instead of DX10+) or _GDI (doesn't use hardware acceleration) executable assets from the previous version (https://github.com/Zoomicon/READCOM_App/releases/tag/0.0.17)
