This documentation describe how to define an SMM Measure using the SMMMeasureAPI.

A SMM Measure is a small and independent software component which allow to retrive or calculate Measurement. Based on an SMM Definition, it can be deployed on Measure Platform and then allow it to collect measures datas.

The Measure Platform allow to create measure instance form this SMM Measure. The creation of an instance allow the platform to execute the SMM Measure with specified parameters and inputs.
