No media endpoint? / No syndication target?

I logged into Quill last night and it was able to find the media endpoint and syndication target.
Today I log into Quill (I've made no changes to my website except posted a couple of pictures) and there's no media endpoint or syndication target.

What could I have done to have caused this? And can someone help me fix this?

My website is https://www.sleepyowl.ink, and looking at the source code, I can see the media endpoint.
