Description of bug

Two-steps repeat resolution (RR) is most memory-hungry for metagenome assembly, especially large-scale ones. I hope to learn pros and cons of RR, whether it is necessary in metagenome assembly, and particularly, disadvantages if RR is disabled in metagenome assembly. Many thanks!

And I found that there are no scaffolds generated if RR is disabled. Is it what you designed?
