I get the -9 error.

mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1

Python Version

Python 3.6.8

No errors reported in spades.log

Your SPAdes job finished successfully. There is no error in that. Have you attached correct spades.log file?

I just noticed I submitted the wrong one.

Your SPAdes job was killed. Likely more information could be found in the system log.
