이슈 내용 *

현재 studentEnum이 studentNumber의 뒤 네자리가 2000 미만일 경우 studentEnum을 1, 6000미만일 경우 2, 7000미만일 경우 1, 나머지는 3으로 설정되어 있음. 이 경우 정회원을 studentEnum = 1로 설정할 수 없음.
또한, studentEnum도 정의되어 있지 않음

카이스트 학번 시스템에 맞게 studentEnum 설정 방식을 수정하고, studentEnum을 정의한다.
