I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently facing an audio output problem with the Adafruit FONA 2G board and I'm in need of some guidance to help resolve it.
The issue I'm experiencing is that during phone calls, the microphone works perfectly fine and the other party can hear me clearly. However, I'm unable to hear any sound through the onboard speaker, despite being able to hear the ring tone. It's worth mentioning that when I switch to the headset audio mode, the sound is audible, but I specifically require the external audio mode of the board.
Here are some key details regarding my setup:
Development Board: Adafruit FONA 2G
Microphone: Working perfectly, clear audio for the recipient
Speaker: No sound output during calls, but ring tone is audible
If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your help and insights. I have tried troubleshooting this problem but haven't been able to find a solution thus far.
Thank you all in advance for your time and support. I'm eagerly looking forward to any suggestions or solutions you may have.
Best regards,
Felipe
