install on windows

Happened before but i'll describe latest only.
On window 7 64bit.Tried to install sprint 43 on an installed 42 sprint.
Installer alerts (see print screen) i don't have permissions and advises to log in as admin. Thing is my account is an admin account.
Only after uninstall and booting windows i can install brackets.
