As reported by "Pascal Oberle (Atlassian Support)
via Slack":

We have a pretty urgent concern in regards to Brownout planning described in your blogpost here.

From there, we understood the brownout should have stopped at 5am GMT this morning (Saturday August 5th) but looks like repo https://adoptopenjdk.jfrog.io/ui/native/rpm/amazonlinux/2/x86_64/repodata/ is still not available?

also https://adoptopenjdk.jfrog.io/adoptopenjdk/rpm/amazonlinux/2/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml looks broken we hope our understanding is correct on this. This is causing some serious and critical outages for some of our customers still relying on the repo to deploy some of our Java appications and that are currently in position where this repo cannot be used.

Any feedback on this will be highly appreciated.
Thanks so much in advance !

Best Regards,
Pascal for Atlassian Support

Jfrog have reenabled the repository. Local checks show that it is back online.

We noticed the planned outage times start of day (01:00) and end of day (02:00) overlap, so the effective outage times this week are actually

12:00 - 16:00, 22:00 - 05:00 GMT
