Update temurin_reproduce_compare test scripts to use the build from SBOM scripts #755

To validate the SBOM, the temurin_reproduce_compare just be extended to perform the duplicate build from the SBOM.
Using scripts: https://github.com/adoptium/temurin-build/blob/master/tooling/linux_repro_build_compare.sh
