Very few results in reg.csv for Arabidopsis thaliana

hello，I am new here.

First, I build scenic database for Arabidopsis thaliana by using motifs and TF~motifs informations from JASPAR database.
Then, I run pySCENIC with about 6k cells.
But In my results : reg.csv, I got only 9 lines, which is very few results.
Could you give some suggestions about my results ?
