Menu won't open

user: logged in as public user on state device, and logged in as state agency user on personal device
issue: open app and tap on menu/folder icon in upper left corner and the menu does not open

• logged in as public user, using utahId, on personal device
• tapped menu/folder icon and menu does not open

@nathankota I just pushed v3.0.9 (643) to the google play store for the staging app (blue background). Would you mind testing this bug and see if it's still present?

This issue was no longer detected. Do you want me to close this issue or wait for a prod release?

Tested again last week on the dev app, and today on the latest production version, and did not experience any issues.
