Scripts used in Teitz et. al 2018
This repository contains scripts used in Teitz et al. 2018 for detecting human Y-chromosome amplicon changes from Illumina sequencing data and analyzing the results. Code in this repository is functional, although documentation and cleaning of some of the code is a work in progress.
