I do not know how aggressively you want to take this, I can help with testing and ideas, I have knowledge in this industry and would like to help.

See below 8 issues you might want to look at

1. The restaurant items do not update stock ledger, this is because the sales invoice you generate after the restaurant order is placed does not have the "update stock" button checked.

2. There seems to be a problem with the payment entry. If a guest made upfront payment via Hotel Payment entry, the cashier is not able to allocate this payment to the Room bill at check out. Only the restaurant bill is deducted And it looks like a refund of the balance is made instead. The Sales invoice therefore is still unpaid.

3. Even though it looks like the Restaurant invoice was paid at checkout, the Sales invoice for the restaurant invoice still shows as unpaid.

4. When creating a Check in guest, you should be able to attach a default customer at this point. This default customer should show up at check out. You may have the option of changing this default customer.

5. There should be a checkout button when you open a checked in room. This should enable the receptionist be able to check out from this document apart from having to create a check out document .

6. When a Room is checked out the status should change to Dirty, not Available. It should not be available until it is cleaned and someone goes ahead to change the status to Available

7. In Hotel Food Order where order type is table, you do not have to pay the invoice to proceed. This is because most times the guest in the restaurant may order multiple times and then pay their bills at the end of the meal. So where the order type is table, you need to give the option to update the order as the guest ask for more things during their meal. You also need to give the option to pay the bill at end of the meal.

8. There appears to be a problem with a currency field that is preventing the folio to be printed at check out point. You cannot currently print the check out document which is supposed to be the receipt/folio for the customer.

Thank you for your valuable feed back.

1. I will add the option to enable inventory as well.
   2./3. This is has been left of purposely for accounts department to verify and apply payments
2. I put a prompt to set the default customer and also create settings page for master data
3. Good idea. Check out button will take it to check out form and fill the details
4. I will add it as options to turn it on or off to set to dirty.
5. If you are planning to add kitchen then we need to have a multi stage Food Order. Something May be like. Food Order -> Delivered Food -> Invoice. Otherwise we can keep the food order in draft and add more items until the order completes.
