Addon idea: Return 406 (Not Acceptable) if client's Accept cannot be fullfilled

This might be an idea for a plugin / addon:
If the client prefers an unsupported media-type like Accept application/xml the request validation should fails and a 406 (Not Acceptable) is sent in response.

I don't think this needs to be enabled by default.
Do you have any thoughts about this?
