Ubuntu Pastebin now requires sign-up to create/view pastes 😠

Moving to recommend users to paste.gg since it has the best featureset (metadata, no-expiry, multifile upload, etc.) so we should use a script to find and replace all instances of Ubuntu Pastebin and replace it with paste.gg
