How to load files from node_modules

Good morning, I have followed the tutorial but my project does not have access to the node_modules folder to load the scripts.

My project is developed with react/nextjs.13 and deployed in Vercel. I had to move the scripts to the /public folder to be able to load them in the layout.ts file.

Any advice or help would be welcome.
