New Source: ArangoDB

Tell us about the new connector you’d like to have

• I'd like to request an ArangoDB (NoSQL Graph DB) source connector. Currently an ArangoDB destination is not required for our specific use-case, but perhaps in the future it might be useful.
• I've already begun with the implementation of a connector (in Java) on a forked repo. If we have successfully taken it to production, and there is further demand for such a connector, then we would be keen to open a PR for it. If this were to happen, at that point, the connector might not yet support all features for all audiences, but it could a be good base to do further development from.
• We created this issue in the meantime so that there is visibility (and as a placeholder), in case anyone else is also interested.

We want to push data daily from our application database (Arango) to an RDMS (Postres)

We currently have manual scripts that do this
