Sentry integration

We're actively using faststream in our projects and faced with lack of observability
I've made integration with sentry but only for KafkaUseCases (https://gist.github.com/TolstochenkoDaniil/373aa8e456a2223745e7bb98196c41a5)

I thought this may be valuable start for other faststream users to highlight how to deal with such cases in the documentation or improve and scale such functionality for other BrokerUseCases

This may encourage developers to create a full version of Faststream integration with Sentry so that it can be included as a dependency package in future versions of the Sentry-SDK
