Plot distribution of redshift for RM and WaZP #2
Comments
It seems as though there are higher redshifts in the RM data. The RM redshift range seems to agree with the plots from the RM data column information. However, the WaZP data column information plots seem to have redshifts up to 1.2, but I only see up to ~.77. Maybe they are plotting a different redshift column. I tried other redshift columns that I thought might go to higher redshifts, but I didn't find any that went all the way up to 1.2. |
"the WaZP data column information plots" --> what is this? the pdf I sent you? If this is still strange, maybe worth asking Ricardo et al.. |
By "the WaZP data column information plots", I meant the pdf you sent me. Was there a specific reason you thought the WaZP data go to higher redshift? |
Mainly just because they don't use the red-sequence, so should be able to go to higher and lower redshift than RM. Maybe they made a cut in photo-z for this catalog? would be worth asking Ricardo. |
We should see WaZP go to higher redshift.
