Add additional information about car in car entity model

Generally, we'll have them ID'd by license plate, so that with current user id should be enough.

By the way don't forget, that we'll be doing registry with more informations, like date started, date ended, maybe also who ordered and previous getter + maybe some comment, like "sb left trashed in a car" xd
