stats.js: Not showing when hashes are being liquidated

There's some logic to display when hashes are being liquidated by a script, but this doesn't seem to be working correctly. Perhaps it only works when the only argument is --liquidate, but we also want to show when other things are spending hashes on a specific purchase aggressively. (We can do this in the tooltip?)
