In #432 we enabled limiting spending on hosts based on the total money earned via hacking compared to the total money spent on "servers".
At the time, I didn't realize that "servers" money spent included home RAM upgrades purchased.
While we might want to somewhat take this into account, we really treat home ram upgrades as separate (because they are permanent and we benefit from them throughout the remainder of the BN), so we perhaps should find a way to capture and disregard money spent on home RAM in this bitnode, and not allow it to completely eat up our host-purchasing budget for the remainder of the current augmentation just because we happened to be able to afford the next big home RAM upgrade.
