Multiple issues and can't find a solution - Help please

Hi Everyone,
Apologies i have been using HA for a couple of years but only just recently have things started to break. Mainly Tesla integration. I am therefore a bit of a noob to debugging the situation so need a little help.

Issue 1/
I am unable to update to the latest 3.2x.x and get the authentication to work. When logging in using either the Google extension or Auth for Tesla IOS app to get my Refresh Token I simply get an unknown error and no attempt to authenticate (Fleet not ticked). I have searched the forums and found a post where this issue was closed but i couldn't find the solution? Rolling back to 3.19.xx allows me to log in again

Issue 2/
Using 3.19.xx - Powerwall updates appear to have started stopping after an unknown amount of time needing a custom integration reload. I have re-authenticated, tried different polling rates etc but nothing appears to get rid of the intermittent issue.

Any help on the above would be appreciated. I have enabled debug log but can't find where this is to download and post like others have in these forums.
