The bot should warn about a new open job position

Frank:
when a new job position is published in the website the bot sends a message in the group and to the people who contacted with it directly.
For this maybe could be set a periodic revision of the website, saving a ¨status¨ of the existing website jobs. Then, in the following revision, it matches the current list of jobs with the previous one, and sends the alert for those new elements.
